module for planning book pages and elements, also for multi-language editions. Advanced, but easy-to-use tools are available to support everyday planning activities, allowing all users to be steadily updated on each change, to share contents real-time and to avoid publishing mistakes. Advanced automatisms allow the planning of your books in very short times and with a high quality.

TIMONE Viewer: 

high-performance module for checking the real-time status of planning and production activities. It offers real-time previews of the contents and allows to track activities and control the work in progress of each book in production.

TIMONE Edit: 

ideal for designers using WoodWing Enterprise: It allows to create ID files from a template, based on planned pages, and to open and work on ID files directly from the bookmap.

TIMONE Prod: 

module for prepress offices and printers, allowing the upload & download of PDFs from the bookmap and the sharing of unique and updated data.

TIMONE Reporting: 

to get reports on any of the data managed within TIMONE System, also those coming from WoodWing Enterprise if installed (how many layouts are in a specific status, what delay there is with respect to specific deadlines etc.)

TIMONE Dashboard: 

a tool for the Management, for being always updated on the production status of  specific books and book parts. With a quick glance, the Management can have an instant view of the production status of the book through pie-charts and text data, on top of having instant previews of all contents and the possibility to flip through book pages.

TIMONE PM (Performance Monitor - COMING SOON!) 

an advanced tool aimed at analyzing and monitoring performances of book publishing companies, based on standard benchmarks and performance indicators dynamically configurable according to customer needs. Timone PM is integrated with WoodWing Enterprise and the most popular Web CMSs. It can also be connected with external ERP systems, to provide, in a single interface, both the analysis of productivity and the tracking & control of the costs.

The interface allowing an easy integration between TIMONE System and external ERPs or DAMs.

EMIS:

The module allowing the integration between TELL's editorial and advertising planning solution TIMONE System and editorial production environments using Adobe InDesign or Quark Xpress.

EMIS is available for both Adobe InDesign and Quark XPress.

EDITORIAL CRM: a module containing the typical functions of a CRM, but specifically studied for publishers, providing the management of contacts in relation with publishing products, all linkable with ERPs, planning and production environments.
