module for planning advertising and editorial pages and elements, also for regional and multi-language editions. Advanced automatisms allow the planning of your daily issues in a bunch of minutes and the coming out of an issue in very short times and with a high quality.

TIMONE Viewer:

high-performance module for checking the real-time status of planning and production activities. It offers real-time previews of both editorial and advertising contents, shows ad placeholders, signatures, and all the data needed to be steadily updated on the work in progress of your newspaper.

TIMONE Edit:

module for designers, to create ID files from a template, based on planned pages, and to open and work on ID files directly from the flat plan.

TIMONE Prod:

module for prepress offices and printers, allowing the upload & download of PDFs from the flat plan and the sharing of unique and updated data.

TIMONE Reporting:

to get reports on any of the data managed within TIMONE System, also those coming from WoodWing Enterprise if installed  (how many layouts are in a specific status, what delay there is with respect to specific deadlines etc.)

TIMONE Dashboard:

a tool for the Management, for being always updated on the production status of  specific issues. With a quick glance, the Management can have an instant view of the production status of the newspaper through pie-charts and text data, on top of having instant previews of all contents and the possibility to flip through the newspaper pages.

GEMMA Materials

This is the tool used by publishers' traffic offices or production departments as well as by advertising agencies to manage advertising materials by publications, issues, regional editions; it helps to manage repetitions, contractual obligations, job tickets, bar codes, advertising load, workflow of ads and the tracking of ads by type, customer, etc. All ads are connected with the corresponding bookings, either coming from an external booking system or from GEMMA Bookings. All this linked with the planning and production environment.

GEMMA Bookings

This module serves as an order entry module for advertisements. It manages company data, price lists, automatic calculation of final prices, discounts and taxes, orders by sales agent, reporting...  Bookings can be automatically linked with the corresponding advertising materials. GEMMA Bookings is integrated with GEMMA Materials, planning and editorial production environment and can be linked with any pre-exisiting external system.

ADS GATE

The cross-media advertising portal allowing delivery of ads, preflight, reconciling with bookings, mailing and notifications, integration with CMSs, ERPs, Gemma Materials, TIMONE System, WoodWing Enterprise.

AGENT

The interface allowing an easy integration between TIMONE System and external ERPs or DAMs.

EMIS:

The module allowing the integration between TELL's editorial and advertising planning solution TIMONE System and the editorial production environments using Adobe InDesign or Quark Xpress.

EMIS is available for both Adobe InDesign and Quark XPress.
